Once you have purchased your desired Clinical Forms there will be a link that appears near the top of the page that says Download your files.
Click on that link to open your files.

To retrieve your forms at a later date, login to your account and go to the Private Practice Forms. Click on Learn More and you will be directed to the page to download your files.
